Job summary

Arby’s, Inc. through KBP Inspired is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the team, drive restaurant operations, and develop your path to General Manager and above-store opportunities.

You’ll manage daily operations, oversee inventory and costs, and ensure food quality and guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Assistant General Manager with P&L responsibility.
• Quick-service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.

• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
• Help oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and company policy compliance.

Performance bonus:

Eligible to participate in a quarterly bonus program based on restaurant performance.

What you’ll do:

What you bring:

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility; quick-service experience preferred

• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment
