KBP Brands’ Arby’s with KBP Inspired is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the team, drive restaurant operations, and develop the skills needed for General Manager and above-store opportunities. You’ll train staff, manage inventory and labor, ensure guest satisfaction, uphold brand standards, and contribute to profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, standing, walking, lifting, and using equipment.

Responsibilities

Performance Bonus

Eligible to participate in a quarterly bonus program based on restaurant performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high-performing restaurant

• Help oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and company policy compliance

• Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and help keep every shift running smoothly

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility; quick-service experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment
