Job summary

Arby's, Inc., in partnership with KBP Inspired, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant and drive strong operations. You will train and coach the team, ensure a top guest experience, and contribute to store profitability.

Eligibility includes 1+ year of AG Manager experience with P&L responsibility, availability to close shifts, and a presence in a dynamic restaurant environment. This is an on-site role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience with profit & loss responsibility.
• Able to work in an active restaurant environment, standing and lifting as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old and available to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to run a high-performing restaurant.
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.

Performance bonus:

Eligible to participate in a quarterly bonus program based on restaurant performance.

What you'll do:

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high-performing restaurant
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly
• Help oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and company policy compliance
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, preparation, safety, and cleanliness
• Manage labor and food costs with a focus on restaurant performance and profitability
• Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and help keep every shift running smoothly

What you bring:

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility; quick-service experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment

Compensation

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $17.00 per hour - $19.00 per hour.
