Job summary

Arby’s, Inc. in Lake Havasu City, AZ is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead and coach the team, drive restaurant operations, and develop leaders for General Manager roles and beyond.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Quick-service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high-performing restaurant.
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly.
• Help oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and company policy compliance.
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, preparation, safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage labor and food costs with a focus on restaurant performance and profitability.
• Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and help keep every shift running smoothly.
