Join Our Team as an Arborist Sales Representative at Bartlett Tree Experts

Are you passionate about outdoor work and arboriculture? Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking a full-time Arborist Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your love for trees with client relationship management, helping us expand our business through scientific tree and shrub care recommendations.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing all sales activities within a designated territory, including marketing, customer service, and administration
2. Meeting with residential and commercial clients to assess their tree and shrub care needs
3. Building and maintaining positive client relationships
4. Preparing proposals and ensuring job completion to client satisfaction
5. Enforcing safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance programs

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in tree care sales or related industry
• ISA Arborist Certification or willingness to obtain it (we support exam costs and prep)
• Ability to identify regional trees and shrubs, diagnose pests and diseases, and recommend treatments
• Valid driver's license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or related field preferred but not required
