Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking a full-time Arborist Representative to join our team. This role combines your passion for arboriculture with sharing knowledge to build positive client relationships. You will visit client properties, assess tree and shrub care needs, and provide scientific recommendations.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing all sales activities within a territory, including marketing, customer service, and training
2. Meeting with residential and commercial clients to assess their needs
3. Building and maintaining positive client relationships
4. Preparing proposals using sales tools and technology
5. Overseeing work to ensure quality and client satisfaction
6. Setting sales goals and meeting targets
7. Enforcing safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance

Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of experience in tree care sales or related field
2. Ability to pass a criminal background check
3. ISA Arborist Certification or willingness to obtain (we support exam costs)
4. Ability to identify regional trees and shrubs, diagnose pests/diseases, and recommend treatments
5. Valid driver’s license with a clean record
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or related field preferred but not required
