Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking a full-time Arborist Representative to join our team. This role combines your passion for arboriculture with sharing knowledge to build positive client relationships. Responsibilities include visiting client properties, assessing tree and shrub care needs, and providing scientific recommendations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all sales activities within a territory, including marketing, customer service, administration, production, and training
• Meeting with residential and commercial clients to evaluate their tree and shrub care needs
• Developing and maintaining client relationships
• Preparing proposals using sales tools and technology
• Supervising work to ensure quality and client satisfaction
• Setting personal sales goals and working toward them

Additional requirements:

• Implementing safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance
• 1-3 years of related experience or prior sales experience
• ISA Arborist Certification or willingness to obtain it (we pay for exam prep and fees)
• Ability to identify regional trees and shrubs, diagnose pests/diseases, and suggest management plans
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or related field preferred but not required
