Bartlett Tree Experts is currently seeking a full-time Arborist Representative to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for arboriculture and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge to establish positive client relationships. As an Arborist Representative, you will play an integral role in helping grow our business by developing and maintaining long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for visiting client properties, assessing their tree and shrub care needs, and providing scientific tree and shrub care recommendations.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing all sales activities within a defined territory, including selling, marketing, customer service, administration, production, and training
• Meeting with existing and potential residential and commercial clients daily to evaluate their tree and shrub care needs
• Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and client relationships within the territory
• Preparing and providing proposals to clients using sales tools, software, and other technologies
• Supervising work to ensure jobs are completed based on signed contracts and client satisfaction
• Setting personal sales expectations with supervisors and working towards sales goals

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or the tree care industry (1-3 years) or related field
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• ISA Arborist Certification or willingness to obtain (exam costs paid by us)
• Ability to identify regional trees and shrubs, diagnose pests and diseases, and recommend management plans
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or related field preferred but not required
