Job summary

The Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking an Arborist Sales Representative in Mashpee, MA. The role blends outdoor work with client-facing sales, delivering tree-care expertise directly to customers on site.

You will educate clients about tree health, provide estimates, and help develop annual plant health care plans while supervising crew members and supporting district leadership.

Qualifications

• ISA Certified Arborist professional
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Knowledge of regional plants and horticulture
• Strong people skills; self-motivated; computer proficient and organized
• Knowledgeable in tree care, hazard tree evaluation, IPM and industry best practices
• Preferred: pesticide licenses/certifications

Responsibilities

• Perform tree care house calls as part of an arborist sales team.
• Educate residential and commercial customers on tree needs.
• Provide estimates based on customer needs.
• Develop and update annual plant health care programs.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients.

We are currently looking to add a dynamic Arborist Sales Representative to our passionate team of tree care professionals. Your office is outdoors, and you get a new view every day!

Compensation

$85,000 - $120,000 (Based on experience and certifications)

Job Duties

• Work as a tree doctor that makes house calls!
• Educate residential and commercial customers on the needs of their trees.
• Provide customers with estimates based on their needs.
• Develop and update annual plant health care programs.
• Create and build relationship with new and existing clients.
• Set up and supervise crew members assigned to customer jobs.
• As part of the office and field management team, the Sales Representative assists the District Manager in the direction of whole team.

Qualifications

• Love of the outdoors
• ISA Certified Arborist ®
• Required: Valid driver’s license
• Regional plant and horticulture knowledge
• Good people skills; self-motivated; computer proficient and organized
• Must be knowledgeable and experienced with tree care, hazard tree evaluation, integrated pest management and industry approved tree care practices
• Preferred: Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates
