The Davey Tree Expert Company in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Sales Arborist Representative Trainee. The role blends field and office work, selling tree care services to residential and commercial clients, with outdoor work as the office view.

You will learn to identify client needs, develop health care programs, provide estimates, and help manage crews, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Three years minimum experience.
• Love of the outdoors.
• Must obtain ISA Certified Arborist after hire (within 6 months).
• Required: Valid driver’s license.
• Regional plant and horticulture knowledge.
• Good people skills; self-motivated; computer proficient and organized.
• Must be able to complete extension courses on Tree Biology, Tree Pruning and Removal, and Plant Health Care.
• Preferred: Relevant pesticide licenses and certificates, if required by state law.

• The Sales Representatives assist the District Manager in the direction of the whole team.
