Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking a full-time Arborist Representative to join our team. This role combines arboriculture passion with client relationship skills, helping grow our business through long-term client engagement. Responsibilities include visiting client properties, assessing tree and shrub care needs, and providing scientific recommendations.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing all sales activities within a territory, including marketing, customer service, administration, and training.
2. Meeting with clients to evaluate their tree and shrub care needs.
3. Building and maintaining positive client relationships.
4. Preparing proposals using sales tools and technology.
5. Supervising work completion to ensure client satisfaction.
6. Setting personal sales goals and meeting targets.

Additional requirements:

• Implementing safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance.
• 1-3 years of related experience or prior sales experience.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• ISA Arborist Certification or willingness to obtain it (we pay for the exam).
• Ability to identify regional trees and shrubs, diagnose pests/diseases, and recommend management plans.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Degree in Arboriculture or related field preferred but not required.
