Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts seeks a full-time Arborist Representative to visit client properties, assess tree and shrub care needs, and provide scientific recommendations. You will develop and maintain long-term client relationships, selling services and coordinating proposals within your defined territory.

The role emphasizes safety, compensation with commission, and advancement opportunities in a dynamic arboricultural team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience in tree care or prior sales experience.
• ISA Arborist Certification, or ability to obtain; company will assist with costs.
• Ability to identify trees/shrubs and diagnose issues; recommend actions.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Sell, market, and provide excellent customer service within a defined territory.
• Meet with residential and commercial clients daily to assess tree/shrub care needs.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; present proposals and contracts.
• Supervise work to ensure contract satisfaction and safety compliance.
• Set personal sales targets with supervisor and strive to meet them.
• Support safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance programs.
