Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking an Arborist Climber in Ashland, MA. The role involves climbing and assisting Arborist Crew Leaders to provide tree and shrub care on residential and commercial properties.

You will perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties, learn safety rules, identify trees, assess risks, and help with pruning, removals, cabling, and bracing. A valid driver's license and outdoor work readiness are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Performing ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments, as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader.
• Safely performing all aspects of arboriculture, including tree identification, tree risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling and bracing, root collar excavations, and operating tools and equipment.
• Learning, understanding, and adhering to all safety rules and company safety policies.
