Job summary

Hyatt is seeking a Reservation Agent who speaks Arabic to manage high-end reservations and guest inquiries in both Arabic and English. You will ensure accuracy, personalize assistance, and collaborate with multiple hotel departments to maximize occupancy and revenue in a luxury environment.

You will handle group bookings, travel trade requests, and special arrangements while upholding Hyatt's standards of service and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation requests via telephone, email, and online channels promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information on room types, rates, packages, and hotel services.
• Process, modify, and cancel reservations while ensuring guest profiles are up to date.
• Deliver service in Arabic and English, addressing inquiries and special requests.
• Maximize room revenue through upselling and cross-selling of rooms and hotel services.
• Maintain knowledge of offerings, policies, and guest experiences to offer informed recommendations.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management and other departments for seamless reservations.
• Monitor room availability and booking patterns to support occupancy targets.
• Ensure reservation data and guest profiles are accurately recorded in the PMS/CRS.
• Handle group inquiries and travel trade requests per guidelines.
• Respond to guest feedback and issues with prompt resolutions.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection and procedures.
• Prepare reservation reports and forecasts as required by management.
• Support departmental goals through teamwork and guest-focused service.
