Job summary

L.RAPHAEL Genève invites reservations agents to join our team in Israel. You will answer incoming calls, take and manage reservations, and provide a warm, professional service aligned with the L.RAPHAEL standard in a luxury wellness setting.

This office-based role covers daytime and some early evening hours; fluent English and Hebrew are required, and additional languages are a plus. You will work closely with spa and operations teams to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless bookings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Clear spoken English (additional languages an advantage).
• Hebrew language proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and brand-aligned.
• Take, amend, confirm and cancel reservations.
• Provide guests with information on treatments, availability, pricing and services.
• Update the reservation system accurately.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with spa and operations teams as needed.
• Meet call-handling and reservation targets.
• Represent L.RAPHAEL with elegance and care at every contact.
