Job summary

Social Factor is seeking project-based, temporary, or part-time moderators with native Arabic language skills to manage digital communities for well-known brands. Roles may be US-based or UK-based and involve working in English and Arabic.

You will engage users, reflect brand voice, and ensure respectful, on-brand conversations across platforms. The position emphasizes flexible scheduling, real-time engagement, and adherence to client guidelines.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language
• Deep understanding of Arabic language pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang
• Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users
• Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation is a plus
• Sprinklr, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is a plus
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking abilities, and able to follow guidelines/workflows
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent spelling and grammar; language tests for final candidates
• Strong willingness to learn and think critically; proactive approach
• High energy with ability to multitask in a dynamic organization
• Interact with users in real-time and troubleshoot discussions
• Knowledge of major social media platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn
• PC with Windows 10 and macOS 12.x; fast internet (min 150 Mbps)
