Job summary

Social Factor is seeking a US-based/UK-based, project-based or temporary moderator with Arabic language expertise to build vibrant online communities for major brands. The role emphasizes moderation across social channels, engaging with users, and maintaining brand voice.

Moderators work on a flexible schedule, with some projects requiring 24/7 availability; candidates should have strong communication skills, experience with live streams, and familiarity with major platforms.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, and slang.
• Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required and live stream moderation is a plus.
• Sprinklr, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is also a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands.
• Strong willingness to learn and think critically; a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong, growing digital communities for brands as work becomes available.
• Interact with users in real-time, answering questions and engaging in discussion and troubleshooting efforts.
• Moderate live streams and uphold brand voice across platforms.
