Job summary

Social Factor is seeking project-based, temporary, or part-time moderators with strong Arabic language experience to join our remote teams. You will help build and nurture digital communities for leading brands, working on varied schedules to fit different lifestyles.

Ideal candidates are native in Arabic, understand local culture, and can mirror brand voice across platforms. Experience with live moderation and social media tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language.
• Deep knowledge of Arabic-language pop culture and slang.
• Able to mirror client brand voice in engagement.
• Experience in social media moderation; live stream moderation is a plus.
• Experience with Sprinklr, Khoros, or Sprout Social is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Moderate social media communities in Arabic and English.
• Engage with users and troubleshoot inquiries in real time.
• Follow clear guidelines and workflows to ensure consistent brand voice.
• Monitor multiple platforms (YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Contribute to building strong, growing digital communities for client brands.
