Job summary

Social Factor seeks talented moderators with Arabic language experience for project-based, temporary or part-time opportunities. Flexible schedules are available, including 24/7 coverage for certain projects.

A US- or UK-based moderator will work to build and nurture digital communities for leading brands as opportunities arise. Qualified candidates will have native Arabic proficiency, strong cultural understanding, and the ability to mirror brand voice.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language.
• Deep understanding of Arabic pop culture, nomenclature and slang.
• Able to mirror client's brand voice and engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation a plus.
• Experience with major social platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong, growing digital communities for brands as work becomes available.
• Interact with users in real-time, answering questions and engaging in discussions.
• Follow client guidelines and workflows to ensure consistent moderation.
