Job summary

Social Factor is seeking native Arabic-speaking moderators to join on a project-based, part-time basis. The role focuses on building and nurturing engaging digital communities for global brands across YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn. US-based or UK-based candidates are welcome to apply.

Candidates should understand Arabic pop culture, follow brand voice, and have prior moderation experience; live stream moderation is a plus. A flexible schedule is offered to fit varied work rhythms.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, slang
• Able to mirror brand voice in engagement with users
• Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation a plus
• Sprinklr, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Follow clear guidelines and workflows
• Knowledge of major social platforms (YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• PC with Windows 10 and macOS 12.x; internet speed 150 Mbps
