Job summary

LILT is seeking detail-oriented language evaluators to support AI training and evaluation projects. You will review prompts, assess AI outputs, and annotate content with attention to tone, cultural appropriateness, and brand alignment.

The role requires strong linguistic skills, meticulous judgment, and the ability to work with text and multimedia content. As a 1099 contractor, you can set your schedule and work on varied projects across industries, contributing to cutting-edge language

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred.
• Comfortable working with both textual and audio/video materials.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently and provide clear feedback.
• High attention to detail and thorough, accurate content categorization.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate prompts and AI outputs or generate content as required.
• Deliver culturally relevant and appropriate content using local insights.
• Identify issues like artefacts, style inconsistencies, translation errors or cultural mismatches.
• Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement.
• Participate in calibration and QA processes to maintain aligned scoring and judgment standards.
