Job summary

LILT seeks detail-oriented human reviewers to support AI training and evaluation projects. You will assess prompts, review text, analyze multimedia content, and contribute voice recordings as needed, applying local cultural context.

As a 1099 contractor, you’ll work flexibly with no guaranteed hours, but at competitive rates. You’ll help ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand-consistency across tasks in a global, linguist-led community.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator.
• Comfortable handling text and audio/video materials.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently.
• High attention to detail and accurate content categorization.

Responsibilities

• Generate original content or assess AI-generated outputs.
• Deliver culturally relevant content with local insight.
• Spot issues such as artefacts, inconsistent style, translation errors or cultural mismatches.
• Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement.
• Apply evaluation guidelines and participate in calibration and QA processes.
