Job summary

LILT is seeking detail-oriented human reviewers to support AI training and evaluation projects. You will assess prompts and outputs, review text, and work with audio/video content, applying local cultural insight and brand alignment.

This independent contractor role offers flexible hours and no fixed schedule. You will provide concise annotations, follow guidelines, and help calibrate scoring to ensure high-quality, culturally appropriate results across languages and markets.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred.
• Comfortable working with textual and audiovisual materials.
• Able to follow detailed guidelines and provide clear feedback.
• High attention to detail and accurate content categorization.

Responsibilities

• Generate original content or assess AI-generated outputs.
• Deliver culturally relevant content using local insight into tone and market fit.
• Spot issues such as artefacts, inconsistencies in style, translation errors, or cultural mismatches.
• Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement.
• Apply evaluation guidelines and participate in calibration and QA processes to ensure consistent scoring.
