Job summary

LILT is seeking detail-oriented human reviewers to support AI training and evaluation projects. You will assess prompts and outputs, review and correct text, and analyze multimedia content, applying local cultural context and brand alignment.

This independent contractor role emphasizes accuracy, nuance, and timely delivery across varied tasks. Ideal candidates are native in the target language, fluent in English, and comfortable with textual and multimedia materials.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred.
• Comfortable working with both textual and audio/video materials.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently and provide clear feedback.
• High attention to detail and ability to thoroughly and accurately categorize content.

Responsibilities

• Generate original content or assess AI-generated outputs as required.
• Deliver culturally relevant and appropriate content with local tone and market fit.
• Identify issues such as visual artefacts, inconsistent style, translation errors, or cultural mismatches.
• Provide concise, structured annotations usable for model improvement.
• Apply evaluation guidelines consistently and participate in calibration and QA processes to ensure aligned scoring.
