Job summary

ImmersiveTouch is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, translating clinical needs into specifications for engineering and QA, while owning product documentation and design controls.

You will work with research, design, upstream marketing, engineering, and RA/QA, reporting to the Director of Product. The role requires collaboration across clinical and quality functions and familiarity with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years in product management, product development, or a clinical/technical role in medical devices or clinical software.
• Authored design control documentation: requirements, specifications, traceability through at least one complete development cycle in a regulated environment.
• Working familiarity with 21 CFR 820 design controls; exposure to IEC/ISO standards.
• Comfortable in a clinical setting/operating room.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle and translate clinical requirements into specs for engineering, QA, and documentation.
• Write PRDs, SRSs, and related design control documents with traceability.
• Translate clinical input into actionable requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain design history files and regulatory documentation with RA/QA.
• Own the product backlog, participate in sprint planning and release readiness.
• Track adoption, usage metrics, and customer feedback to inform prioritization.
