Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex product development efforts from concept to manufacturing readiness. You will partner with Product Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and Quality to ensure the program meets schedule, budget, and performance goals.

You will drive scope, resource planning, and risk management, provide clear status updates, and support data-driven prioritization decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex product development programs.
• Familiarity with design controls and medical device development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Drive a portfolio of product design projects.
• Ensure Design Control processes are followed per relevant procedures.
• Facilitate and ensure high-value projects are properly scoped, resourced, and communicated to minimize risk, deliver on-time and on-budget.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets.
• Provide clear communication on project status, critical path, and risks.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Training, and Quality teams.
