This person should be excited by the opportunity to work across product strategy, AI-enabled technology, clinical workflow, and commercialization.

  • Gather and organize feedback related to AI performance, usability, visualization, workflow integration, and surgeon interpretation.
  • Support development and maintenance of the product roadmap by organizing inputs from customers, commercial teams, clinical users, competitive intelligence, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support commercial evaluation of product opportunities, including market sizing, customer segmentation, competitive landscape, pricing considerations, and adoption barriers.
  • Conduct competitive research and summarize implications for positioning, roadmap prioritization, sales enablement, and customer messaging.
  • Translate product features and clinical workflow benefits into clear, compliant, customer-relevant messaging.
  • Support development and refinement of internal and external training materials for Sales, Clinical Applications, and customer users.
