Red 6 Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to translate product needs into mechanical solutions across disciplines. You will propagate requirements, produce drawings, and drive design reviews within a multi-team environment.

You will mature prototypes, support verification, and guide production-ready implementations with a focus on manufacturability and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience in precision mechanisms or electromechanical/optical systems.
• Strong understanding of 3D math, modeling, and simulation.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering and design reviews within a cross-functional team.
• Develop mechanical drawings, review vendor proposals for compliance.
• Gather design requirements with stakeholders and define specs.
