Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an experienced Credit & AR Systems Business Partner to ensure data integrity, system performance, and efficient reporting for the Credit organization. You will manage access, support third-party platforms, and drive upgrades and integrations across AR systems.

You will also own Power BI development for AR and O2C analytics, deliver detailed line-item reporting, assist in audits, and support invoicing workflows within the NDS ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS or related field.
• 5+ years experience in Credit, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash (O2C), or related functions.
• Experience supporting, testing, and optimizing AR systems and ERP platforms.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, SaaS applications, database reporting tools, and SAP.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, O2C, billing and revenue recognition processes.
• Understanding of ETL (Extraction, Transformation & Loading) processes and data management concepts.
• CPG industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure AR system data integrity and monitor postings.
• Provide data extracts and reporting for Credit, Finance, Customer Service, and offshore AR teams.
• Design, test, implement AR system upgrades, integrations, and third-party apps.
• Administer BSure, Bank of America, High Radius platforms; manage access.
• Lead Power BI reporting for AR and O2C; build dashboards and views.
• Support audits with detailed line-item reporting and ad hoc analyses.
• Process invoicing in NDS and support ACH transactions.
• Configure AR systems and monitor segregation of duties.
