Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Finance Analyst – Accounts Receivable to support the Credit and AR Administration team in Solon, OH. You will handle DTC reconciliations, analyze failed B2B payments, and process intercompany transfers while collaborating with Credit Management and Customer Service to resolve issues.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance and at least three years in a related finance role; AR and bankruptcy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is required.
• Minimum of three years in Finance related role; Accounts Receivable and bankruptcy experience preferred.
• Experience in the CPG industry and SAP accounts receivable system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct-to-consumer reconciliations and AR administration tasks.
• Analyze and resolve B2B credit card transactions and deduction issues.
• Perform intercompany transfers and escheatment support.
• Support doubtful receivable management and settlements.
• Collaborate with Credit Management, Customer Service, and external counsel.
