Nestlé USA is seeking a Finance Analyst – Accounts Receivable to support Credit and AR Administration, manage DTC reconciliations, and resolve B2B payment issues. The role collaborates with Credit Management, Finance, and Customer Service across Nestlé’s consumer brands.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Business/Finance and at least three years in finance, with SAP AR experience preferred. This is a full-time on-site role based in Solon, OH.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance required.
• Minimum of three years in a finance-related role; AR and bankruptcy experience preferred.
• Experience in the CPG industry preferred.
• SAP accounts receivable system experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Direct-to-Consumer reconciliation and resolve variations between orders, invoices, and settlements.
• Clearings from AR to balance sheet accounts to ensure trade receivable integrity.
• Analyze misdirected cash and intercompany transfers; ensure policy compliance.
• Handle B2B credit card processing, including registration, authorizations, chargebacks reconciliation.
• Support doubtful accounts, transfers to doubtful receivables, bad debt expense, and settlements.
• Interact with Credit Management, Customer Service, Outside Legal Counsel, and Nestlé customers.
• Assist department projects and reconciliations of balances and open items.
