Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Business Systems Partner to support the Credit organization, ensuring critical processes, data, and applications operate smoothly. You will manage system access, SAP data, and third-party platforms while driving efficiency and compliance across AR and O2C.

The role focuses on Power BI reporting, data integrity, and ongoing system enhancements. A 5+ year background in AR/O2C with ERP experience is essential, with a not-visa sponsorship policy noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, or related field.
• 5+ years in Credit, Accounts Receivable, O2C, or related functions.
• Experience supporting, testing, and optimizing AR systems and ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of AR, O2C, billing, and revenue recognition processes.
• CPG industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure AR system and data integrity by monitoring postings and resolving issues to keep accurate balances.
• Support AR system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and third-party apps including High Radius platforms.
• Serve as system administrator for BSure, Bank of America, High Radius, and other apps with proper security and audit controls.
• Lead Power BI development for AR and O2C, creating dashboards and insights for decision-making.
• Research AR transactions and provide detailed line-item reporting and analyses for audits and stakeholders.
• Process emailed invoice delivery requests in NDS and support ACH processing for AR transactions.
• Manage AR system configurations including payment terms and SDA-related setups for segregation-of-duties reporting.
• Provide hardware/software support for AR systems and escalate as needed for continuity.
• Participate in projects and process improvements to support department goals.
