Job summary

Everflow Supplies seeks an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead the AR team, optimize collections, and improve cash flow. You will oversee daily AR operations, coach staff, and collaborate across Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve discrepancies and drive performance.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, 4+ years AR experience, and a track record of process improvements in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounts receivable experience including collections, cash application, reconciliations, and customer management.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role with coaching, workflow coordination, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, internal controls, and month-end closing.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily AR activities including cash application and collections.
• Lead AR team with performance expectations and coaching.
• Monitor aging reports and implement collection strategies to improve cash flow.
• Ensure timely posting of payments, memos, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve complex payment disputes and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance to address billing issues.
• Establish and report AR KPIs such as aging trends and DSO.
• Support month-end closing activities and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve automation.
