Qualifications

• GAAP knowledge and accounting principles proficiency.
• Excel proficiency including pivot tables, charts, and formulas.
• Experience with SAP financial modules or similar ERP systems.

• Ability to manage high volumes of invoices and payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Post customer payments and verify invoice coding.
• Process and monitor incoming payments to secure revenue.
• Record payments and maintain accounts receivable records.
• Prepare daily cash deposits and cash control sheets.
• Coordinate with sales and finance to resolve disputes on accounts.
• Follow SOPs for collections and escalate as needed.
