Complete Staffing Solutions is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead the AR and Collections team, drive cash flow, and maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

The role combines hands-on account management with leadership responsibilities, requiring strong communication, analytical skills, and a focus on process improvements to optimize collections and reduce bad debt.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in AR/collections with supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong understanding of AR, collections, credit management.
• Experience leading and coaching team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and ERP systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise AR and Collections team daily.
• Establish priorities, monitor performance, and ensure AR activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Manage customer accounts and ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Monitor AR aging and identify overdue accounts.
• Develop and execute collection strategies to hit monthly and quarterly targets.
• Communicate with customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes.
• Prepare AR reporting and analysis for management.
