Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Four years related experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Action oriented and results driven.
• Periodic travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of direct reports.
• Be responsible for goal setting and performance management.
• Direct work in a way to ensure payment on time of open A/R, minimize past due A/R and maximize overall DSO performance.
• Interact with high level management staff at assigned businesses.
• Lead regular meetings with staff and assigned businesses on performance-related objectives.
• Raise awareness of management and leadership issues impacting overall A/R performance.
• Exercise significant independent judgment and discretion in making decisions that will have significant impact on internal/external customers.
• Coach and aid direct reports in their professional development.
• Conduct periodic site visits to review performance with business leadership.
• Participate in and is responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting requirements used by management and executive leadership.
