Job summary

rag & bone is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the domestic wholesale AR portfolio, ensuring timely collections and accurate cash application. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience with D365 ERP and Excel, plus familiarity with major vendor portals. This in-office position includes a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with D365 ERP for invoices, settlements and reporting.
• Proficient Excel skills for aging reports and trackers.
• Familiar with vendor portals (Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Revolve, Bloomingdale’s).
• Proficient use of Outlook and Teams for cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the domestic wholesale AR portfolio, ensuring timely collections and accurate cash application.
• Monitor vendor compliance and manage issue resolution across departments.
• Reconcile accounts, investigate disputes, and coordinate resolutions with Sales and Logistics.
• Maintain AR aging reports and trackers for management visibility.
• Support order release and payment reconciliation to keep cash flow smooth.
