Job summary

BMG is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing, collections, and AR accuracy in Beaverton, MI. You will work with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to resolve discrepancies and maintain strong financial controls.

The role requires 2+ years AR experience, strong Excel/ERP skills, and attention to detail. Manufacturing experience is a plus; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college accounting/finance preferred.
• 2+ years accounts receivable experience preferred.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send customer invoices and ensure accurate billing.
• Monitor and collect payments; communicate upcoming due and past-due amounts.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and perform three-way match with PO and receiving documents.
• Support month-end close, audits, and reporting; maintain AR records and forecasts.
