Race Winning Brands in Mentor, OH is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk responsible for the processing of payments and receipts for all locations.

The role involves verifying invoices, collaborating with the Shipping department, generating aging reports, and assisting with month-end closing. Candidates should have an Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance are available from day one.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of accounts receivable, billing, or accounting experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of all receivable invoices and check for reasonableness.
• Collaborate with Shipping for credit hold issues.
• Perform the Accounts Receivable portion of the RMA process.
• Ensure outstanding credits are netted against invoices.
• Generate aging reports and attend meetings for timely collections.
• Assist employees with Accounts Receivable matters.
• Support Finance Staff with Month-End Closing.
• Mail responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
