The City of Boise is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist II to join our Finance team in a hybrid-eligible role. You will manage revenue for multiple city departments, prepare invoices, apply payments, follow up on balances, and help resolve discrepancies.

You will work with various departments, perform AR tasks, reconcile accounts, and participate in cash handling and reporting while contributing to strong internal controls and accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Two years of accounts receivable experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and computerized accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices and apply payments.
