Job summary

Qualifications

• Two-year accounting degree preferred with at least two years of payment posting and AR experience.
• Experience with batch processing, reconciliations, revenue recognition, billing, and general ledger.
• Proficient with Workday, Excel, banking portals, scanning deposit systems, and CRM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process consumer payments and postings across multiple platforms.
• Create daily bank deposits and reconcile cash and deposits.
• Record recurring general ledger entries and perform AR reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly reporting and assist with audits.
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA and client requirements.
