Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Hands-on invoicing, cash applications, collections, and account reconciliation.
• Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, post payments, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Track outstanding balances and perform outbound collection calls.
• Investigate short payments, discrepancies, and account errors.
• Build AR aging reports, reconcile AR balances, and assist month-end close.
• Collaborate with customers and internal departments to settle payments.
