Job summary

The Bancorp's Fleet Management Services team handles end-to-end fleet financing, upfitting, and management for commercial and government clients. The Accounts Receivable Administrator I role focuses on timely processing and posting payments/ACH per policy, supporting Leasing Operations daily activities.

In this entry-level position, you will work in Orlando, FL, collaborating with team members to ensure accurate account records and reconciliations while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 1+ year of accounts receivable experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and no more than 2 violations or at fault accidents within the last 3 years.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office suite, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Experience in Odessa or similar leasing system.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Team player, able to work effectively and multi-task in fast paced environment.
• No travel required.

Responsibilities

• Processes daily lease payments in the Odessa Leasing system.
• Processes daily electronic wire transfers from bank and daily deposits from various customers.
• Updates and maintains ACH file in the Odessa system.
• Scans payment checks into the electronic storage system.
• Performs all activities accurately and in accordance with assigned deadlines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
