Job summary

The Bancorp Bank invites an Accounts Receivable Administrator I to support Leasing Operations. You will process payments, manage ACH and wire transfers, and maintain accurate records in the Odessa system while meeting deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year AR experience, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment within a national financial services setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of accounts receivable experience.
• Valid driver’s license; no more than 2 violations or at fault accidents in last 3 years.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in Odessa or similar leasing system.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Processes daily lease payments in the Odessa Leasing system.
• Processes daily electronic wire transfers and daily deposits from customers.
• Updates and maintains ACH file in the Odessa system.
• Scans payment checks into the electronic storage system.
• Performs activities accurately and within deadlines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
