Job summary

The Bancorp Bank, N.A. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator I in Orlando, FL. You will provide financial and administrative support to Leasing Operations, focusing on timely posting of payments and ACH processing in accordance with policy.

You will work with the Odessa Leasing system to ensure accurate records, perform daily transactions, and help maintain efficient accounts receivable processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of accounts receivable experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and no more than 2 violations or at fault accidents within the last 3 years.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in Odessa or similar leasing system.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Team player, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• No travel required.

Responsibilities

• Processes daily lease payments in the Odessa Leasing system.
• Processes daily electronic wire transfers from bank and daily deposits from various customers.
• Updates and maintains ACH file in the Odessa system.
• Scans payment checks into the electronic storage system.
• Performs all activities accurately and in accordance with assigned deadlines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
