Responsibilities

• Verifies and ensures complete package is prepared prior to funding or booking.
• Enters documents into the vehicle lease management system and stays updated on system changes.
• Escalates issues to management for missing or incorrect documentation to ensure compliance.
• Maintains awareness of updates in the documentation process and communicates with inter-department staff.
• Cultivates relationships with sales, operations, and finance teams to provide status updates.
• Completes training and participates in team meetings.
