Mood Media is seeking an AR Specialist in Fort Mill, SC, to manage complex disputes, deductions, and reconciliations within Oracle and customer portals. You will drive root-cause analysis, coordinate with Finance, Billing, Sales, and Legal, and improve processes to reduce recurring issues.

The role requires ERP proficiency, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate in a multi-entity, recurring-revenue environment. Hybrid work 2–3 days weekly in Fort Mill.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in credit and accounts receivable required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Oracle, and Google Suite.
• Own and manage AR dispute resolution queue and resolve complex discrepancies.
• Identify root causes and correct coding in Oracle.
• Collaborate with Sales, Billing, Tax and Legal to resolve items.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the dispute and deduction resolution queue; triage, prioritize and resolve complex AR discrepancies.
• Investigate PO and rate mismatches, short pays, tax discrepancies and multi-party deductions to ID root cause.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Order Management, Tax and Legal to drive timely resolution of escalated items.
• Reconcile unapplied cash, misapplied payments, and credit memo discrepancies within Oracle.
• Build and maintain dispute tracking and resolution reporting; present findings to AR leadership.
• Interface with external customers on complex multi-invoice reconciliations and high-dollar escalated resolution.
• Support audit requests and internal controls documentation related to AR resolution activities.
• Perform other duties as required by Management.
