Qualifikationen

• Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software & systems.
• B2B collections end to end: promises to pay, payment plans, disputes, credit holds, write-offs, third-party placement.
• Lead a team on a daily cadence: set priorities, coach on calls/notes, provide direct feedback.
• Oracle EBS AR or equivalent ERP; customer AP portals (Coupa, Ariba) and dunning tools (Esker).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets; read aging and build a team worklist.
• Confident with customer AP and finance contacts on large enterprise accounts.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication with customers, other departments and leadership.
• Discretion with confidential financial and employee information.
• Works well with others; teamwork is essential.

Aufgaben

• Supervise 5+ Collections Specialists and AR Specialists daily; set schedules and coach on calls, notes and dispute work.
• Run the team's daily cadence: morning huddle, review daily worklist, end-of-day plan.
• Monitor performance daily; address gaps within the week and coach for improvements.
• Review weekly: sample notes, promise-to-pay entries, reason codes, dispute routing; retrain as needed.
• Escalate from customers and team on past-due accounts and resolve per SOPs; involve AR Manager as needed.
• Maintain coverage: reassign portfolios, arrange coverage during absences and vacancies.
• Ensure disputes, deductions and invoices are logged with correct codes and routed for resolution.
• Prepare weekly results for AR Manager: cash collected, aging, disputes, and team plans.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding; conduct performance reviews and development plans.
