Persona Signs, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented AR Specialist to join the Signage Division accounting team. This on-site role is based in Watertown, SD or Baltimore, MD, with a clear path to cross-training on Persona Signs starting Q1 2027.

You’ll own invoicing, billing, and AR activities from day one. Join a growing organization where you can own your queue, impact cash flow, and advance through Oracle cross-training scheduled for 2027.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounts receivable, billing, or collections experience.
• Strong attention to detail — accuracy in data entry and invoice processing is non-negotiable.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred — relevant experience considered in lieu of degree

Responsabilités

• Review, approve, and process service and lighting billing
• Send customer invoices and upload to customer portals as required
• Maintain customer account records — tax exemption status, payment terms, billing contacts
• Process customer refund requests, invoice adjustments, and balance write-offs
• Support collections outreach and document all past-due contact in the AR tracker
• Assist with month-end AR close and invoice completeness review
• Pull data for the monthly Invoiced Dollar Summary (IDS) report
