Ledgent Finance & Accounting seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The role offers a 1:1 balance of collections, customer service, and accounting tasks in a collaborative team environment.

Location is Santa Fe Springs, CA with a pay rate of $23.00–$26.00 per hour and a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule. Temp-to-Hire employment and ERP software experience are valued assets in this position.

Formación

• Accounts receivable and collections experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts receivable with a focus on collections.
• Contact customers about past-due balances and seek timely payments.
• Respond to invoices, billing issues, and account inquiries.
• Verify and post customer payments and receipts accurately.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies to keep records clean.
• Assist with credit applications and related activities.
• Support consignment account management.
• Provide backup for Accounts Payable when needed.
